Recently James & I installed a Solahart Hot Water System in Euroa. From the outset Brad was informative and knowledgeable of the product and without being pushy pretty much sold me the unit over the phone. Shannon Installed the unit and assisted us after hours over the phone with a minor hiccup with the unit; Again Brad, assisted us with a follow up appointment within a week of my call.. Kind Regards, Fiona Nation ********************************************************************* John Morrow Refrigeration We wish to commend you and your team for the most Your contractor Brett and his assistant arrived at our home promptly at about 8:30 a.m complete with their specially built trailer which carried the Solahart tank, Collectors, Gas Booster unit and ALL gear required for the installation. The trailer had a hoist to lift the Tank, Collectors and any other heavy gear onto the roof. Brett and his assistant continued to work which included providing a new pipe from the gas meter to the new gas booster heater (quite a big job) and a drain pipe from the hot water service. At about 4:15 p.m Brett tested the installation and gave us a detailed explanation of the operation of it. After the installation was finished, Brett and his assistant loaded all of the old gear plus all cardboard packaging and other surplus material onto his trailer and removed it all from site. I have reached a mature age with diminished physical strength and this clean up was very much appreciated. We were very pleased with all aspects of the installation and would enthusiastically recommend JMR for the installation of a Solahart Hot Water Service.
